Brokémon operates on a pre-order basis, with prices of all products fluctuating at any time based on market conditions.

Order Process

Ordering from Brokémon is straightforward and like many online stores. Follow these steps to place an order:

1. Add Items to Cart

  • Select the item you’re interested in and add it to your cart.
  • If the item requires you to choose a type (e.g., BOX or CASE), make your selection before adding the item to your cart.

2. Review Your Cart

  • Once you’ve finished shopping, click on the cart icon at the top right to view your shopping cart.
  • Here, you will see your order summary and total amount.

3. Place Your Order

  • Click “Place Order” after selecting your preferred payment method.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment is received, your order status will be updated, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders:

  • The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 1.5 to 2 weeks from the order end date. This extended timeframe accounts for potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or customs issues and allows time for us to pack all orders. Typically, orders arrive much faster, and we strive to provide the quickest service possible.

Custom Personal Shopping:

  • The ETA for custom personal shopping orders depends on the time required to acquire the item. ETAs will vary with each order, and customers will be informed of the expected timeframe prior to purchase.

Product Condition

  • All products are quality-checked by the supplier and by us upon arrival. Products with extensive box damage that affects the contents will be rejected, and customers will be contacted for a refund or re-order.
  • Products with minor damage due to shipping will still be sent to customers. While we strive to provide the best possible quality, certain factors like shipping handling and manufacturing errors are beyond our control.
  • We take measures to minimize damage, such as using sturdy boxes with extra bubble wrap and fillers. Rest assured, damaged products are minimal, and products with extensive damage will be rejected.

Authenticity of Trading Card Products

  • All products undergo a quality check by the supplier and by us upon arrival before being sent to customers. Products that appear tampered with or damaged will be rejected, and customers will be contacted for a refund or a re-order.
    • Note: Some products cannot be checked for authenticity and tampering, such as boxes without shrink wrapping (e.g., One Piece and Union Arena). In these cases, the risk of tampering falls on the buyer upon opening and Brokémon is not liable. However, this risk is minimal as we have a long-standing relationship with our suppliers with very few issues. If you receive a tampered product, please contact us.
    • Important: Continuous video evidence of the shipping box, product box, and contents being opened is required to verify tampering and qualify for a refund. Without continuous video evidence, we cannot verify the box is from us and will be unable to provide a refund. Same goes with boxes claimed to be Damaged. Video evidence is required, if no continuous video evidence is provided, Brokémon reserves the right to not refund the product.

Personal Shopping Service

How to Order:

  • Enter the necessary details about the product you're interested in, including the Name, URL, and a Photo, into the contact form.
  • Quotation: We will provide a quote for sourcing and purchasing the product.
  • Service Charge: A percentage fee will be applied for sourcing and purchasing the product.
  • ETA: The estimated time of arrival for the product will depend on the specific items being sourced.
