Case Picked Disclaimer: Every box is selected from a sealed case containing 12 boxes, ensuring authenticity and eliminating the possibility of receiving searched boxes, which has been a rampant issue with loose boxes in Japan. If, by any chance, a box from the case seems tampered with, a refund will be considered only if video evidence, from the initial opening of the shipping box to the unpacking of the packs, is provided.

Loose box disclaimer: Resealed One Piece boxes are rampant in Japan now and there is always a possibility for resealed boxes. However all batches ordered will have a test box to verify authenticity of the batch. If the test box is resealed, all customers will be refunded for that batch. If the test box is authentic, the batch will be shipped out. Buying loose boxes will be a risk undertaken by the customer and no refunds will be made if a box is resealed upon arrival to the customer.
