Brokémon operates on a pre-order basis, with prices of all products fluctuating at any time based on market conditions. Certain products require a quote. Please refer to the instructions below on how to order.
Products labels:
- Pre-order: The product is available for pre-order.
- Sold out: The product is unavailable for pre-order/purchase/quotations.
- New Release: The product has just been released.
- Upcoming Release: The product has not been released yet, and pre-orders are being accepted.
- Request a Quote: The product is available for purchase but requires a quote from the supplier.
- How to request a quote?
- Compile the items you want by adding them to your cart via the "Buy Now" button. You can also add products that have prices.
- Complete the checkout process and add in the comments "Quotations requested".
- A quote will be sent to you via email as soon as it is available.

- Volatile: Prices of all products fluctuate at any time based on market conditions. There are certain products that fluctuate more than others and these at marked at "Volatile".
- NOTE:
- Prices are firm upon receiving an email stating “Order Confirmation Received.” No changes will be made to the product price after this confirmation. Please refer to the Fulfilment Status section for more information.
- For example, if Product A is $10 on Monday and you receive the “Order Confirmation Received” email before any price changes, the product price in that order will remain $10, even if the price later changes to $15.
- Similarly, if the product price is reduced, the confirmed price remains unchanged. If Product A is $10 on Monday and you receive the “Order Confirmation Received” email before any price changes, the product price in that order will remain $10, even if the price later changes to $5.
- Price fluctuations will occur without warning and can happen at any time based on market conditions i.e product and currency market.
